What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can exchange most items for free within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

If you prefer to return the item instead of exchanging it, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Returnable Items:

  • Clothing (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached)
  • Shoes (unworn and in original packaging)
  • Accessories (unworn, unused, and with original tags)
  • Makeup brushes (sealed and unused)
  • Hair products (unopened)

Non-returnable Items:

  • Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry (unless defective or damaged)
  • Opened or used beauty products (e.g., skincare, makeup)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom-made items

Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log in to your account on our website, navigate to the "Order History" section, and click on the relevant order to track its status. Do you offer Pick up & Deliveries?

Yes, you can! Whether you’d like to pick up your order or have it delivered right to your door, the choice is yours.
